Noble – Disclaimer

Noble (the “Software”) consists of one or more applications which analyse on-screen or game data (for example, using computer vision models such as object detection) and generate movement data or suggestions in response. The Software is provided “as is”, without any warranty or support of any kind, whether express or implied. This includes, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the creators and copyright holders of the Software will not be liable for any claim, loss, damage, ban, or other liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with the Software or its use.

Usage and Purpose

The Software and any related tools or scripts are intended for accessibility, practice, research, and educational use. Examples include helping users understand aiming mechanics, training in controlled environments, or assisting users with impairments to participate in games more comfortably. All use of the Software must be responsible, ethical, and in line with applicable laws, regulations, and community standards.

Automation, Scripts and Configurations

Any automation features, movement generation, scripts, configuration files, or profiles supplied with the Software or shared by users (“User-Provided Scripts”) are provided as is without warranty or support of any kind. We do not verify or guarantee that any script, config, or profile is safe, effective, permitted by a particular game, or free from errors.

User Responsibility

By downloading, installing, copying, accessing, or using the Software or any User-Provided Scripts, you accept full responsibility for how you use them. You are solely responsible for:

• Understanding the functionality, compatibility, and potential risks (including potential account bans or penalties); and
• Ensuring that your use complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and all terms of service, end-user licence agreements, and rules of any games, platforms, or services you use with the Software.

We do not encourage or condone using the Software in any way that breaches third-party terms.

Prohibited Uses

You must not use the Software in any way that:

• Violates the terms of service, end-user licence, or rules of any game, platform, or service (including anti-cheat or automation rules);
• Undermines fair play in online games or provides an unfair advantage where such assistance is prohibited; or
• Infringes any intellectual property or other rights of third parties.

If a game or platform does not allow external automation, aim assistance, or similar tools, you must not use Noble with that game or platform.

Non-Affiliation

Noble is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any game publishers, developers, platform owners, or anti-cheat providers. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the property of their respective owners.

Agreement

By downloading, installing, copying, accessing, or using the Software, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use or access the Software. Nothing in this disclaimer is intended to limit any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.
